MR-2B double flier armature machine is fit for the winding of rotors of the start motor of motorcycle, motors of automobile warming machine and power tools or other micro-motors. The complete machine is controlled by Japan Mitsubishi FX2N proguammable local controller(PLC). Triaxial Mitsubishi MR-J2S AC principal axis servo system is mounted. The human-computer surface of the operation adopts large Mitsubishi color LCD touch display screen, through which the slot number, turn number, hooking and angle etc parameters can be modified. The automation degree of the complete machine is high. In addition, the operations from the automatic hooking of the first solt can be accomplished for one time. Furthermore, the workpiece can cut the wire automatically.
¡ô FUNCTION AND FEATURE
1. Quick load and unload structure is mounted. It is convenient to exchange the components, which can save over half of the time than ever. The cfficiency is greatly increased.
2. Futher optimum design is adopted for the electric and mechanical cooperation and programming of the complete machine. The winding speed is increased by 30 percent than that of hte past products.
3. Earmuff hooking is adopted, which can absolutely avoid the accident of hooking lost of the rotor when the filling rate of the slot is too high.
4. Auto-trimming function is available. Besides,wire-pressing device for the first hooking is mounted to avoid the accident of hooking lost when hooking first.
5. The winding tension is controlled through two independent ways by Mitsubishi magnetic powder tension implement. Three parts of the tension of winding, hooking and waiting can be set.
6. Mitsubishi AC servo system is adopted for the principal axis. Acceleration or deceleration curve of the winding speed is trapezoid.
7. Full Chinese touch screen is mounted that 66 winding parameters can be stored.
8. There are three working states of auto, manipulating unit step and crawl.
